Established in 2012, Flossie pioneered the “e-commerce of hair services” category revolutionizing the way appointments were booked and managed across New Zealand and Australia.
We built something consumers genuinely loved: a booking experience that took care of them, matched them to the right professionals, and made the process feel effortless. That trust, and the understanding of what great looks like, has stayed with us.
As the business evolved, so did our understanding of the problem. Flossie has grown into a technology platform serving professional haircare brands globally - enabling seamless booking experiences, unlocking first-party data, and connecting brand investment directly to salon performance. We operate across North America, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe.
But the deeper work has always been the same: closing the gap between the expertise that lives inside professional salons and the consumers trying to access it. The industry holds extraordinary knowledge. Our job is to make it work harder - for brands, for salons, and for the people sitting in the chair.
